Service Description
A collaborative songwriting service for artists who need help developing their ideas into a song. The artist provides the instrumental, and KobemadeThis works with the artist to develop the writing. This service is focused on songwriting—not beat production or the sale of an instrumental. What’s included One 2 hour virtual songwriting service for one to two song(s). Collaborative development of one song using an instrumental supplied by the artist. Support with lyrics, concepts, hooks, verses, and song direction as appropriate to the artist’s needs. A defined songwriting deliverable based on the ideas developed during the session. What to bring Provide the instrumental before the session, along with any lyrics, concepts, references, themes, or starting ideas you already have. You do not need to have the song fully written, but you should be prepared to collaborate and make creative decisions. What to expect During the virtual call, KobemadeThis will work with the artist(s) to develop the song(s) based on the artist’s vision and the direction established during the session. It does not guarantee a particular commercial result, and it does not include beat production, recording, vocal production, mixing, mastering, or release services. The artist is responsible for ensuring they have the right to use the instrumental they provide. Important boundaries The $299 fee covers the defined songwriting service for the song(s) only. Substantial work beyond the agreed virtual call, or additional services must be discussed and priced separately. Songwriting credits, composition ownership, publishing splits, and any other rights must be agreed to in writing based on the actual contributions. Payment of the service fee does not automatically mean the artist receives 100% ownership, nor does it automatically grant KobemadeThis a particular share. The written agreement controls. Defined delivery list The $299 service includes the following deliverables based on the work completed during the booked session: Songwriting Deliverables Development of 1–2 songs Original lyric contributions created during the session Hook/chorus development where applicable Verse development where applicable Melody and phrasing ideas where applicable Flow and cadence development Song structure recommendations Creative songwriting direction Refinement of the material developed during the session

Cancellation Policy
Aligning Stars – Booking & Session Policy By booking a session with Aligning Stars, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies: Cancellations NO cancellations are permitted. If you have no other choice but to cancel, you will receive 50% of your total booking fee refunded. Rescheduling Rescheduling is allowed only if requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking date and time. Rescheduling less than 24 hours before your session will result in a $50 rescheduling fee. No-Show Policy Failure to show up for your scheduled session without notice will result in a $50 no-show fee. No-shows may also forfeit the session WITHOUT refund. Age Requirement You must be 18 years or older to book a session. Valid identification may be required. Guests No plus ones are allowed. Only the individual(s) listed on the booking are permitted to attend the session. Agreement Booking a session confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Aligning Stars policies.
