Artist Session Policy [MUST BE 18+ TO BOOK]

1. Networking & Introductions

At the start of the session, each artist will introduce themselves by sharing: Their name, where they are from, how long they have been making music, what motivates them to keep creating.

This serves as an icebreaker to encourage networking and collaboration.

2. Pre-Session Preparation

Artists will choose a beat of their choice after their service is booked [via @aligningstars23 BEATSTARS account] and write to it. 

Each artist must write a verse before the session.

Do not attend the session without a prepared verse.

Unlimited Leasing rights to the beat they choose for the session will be released upon signing our contract after the session.

3. Professionalism & Conduct

Artists are expected to arrive on time and be ready to work. It's important to be punctual.

The session is a professional environment—all participants must remain respectful, focused, and bring positive energy.

Constructive criticism and direction will be welcomed and encouraged for both artists and the organization.

4. Media Consent & Recording

Artists must sign a Media Consent, Release, and Waiver Form before participating.

Once signed, artists should be prepared to be photographed and video recorded throughout the session.

5. Content Artists Will Receive 

Artists will receive their Open Mic Performance [Edited], Interview [Edited], Professional Photos [RAW versions only] & the unlimited licensing rights to the beat they chose upon signing the contract.

Failure to comply with these policies may result in exclusion from future sessions.

 

Our hours of availability is 11am-4pm [CONSULTS ONLY] Mon-Thurs.   

Sessions occur only FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY

No plus 1's allowed

 

NO CANCELLATIONS: IF YOU MUST CANCEL & CANT RESCHEDULE YOU WILL ONLY GET A 50% REFUND!!

LATE RESCHEDULING RESULTS IN A $50 LATE FEE
