Cancellation Policy

Aligning Stars – Booking & Session Policy By booking a session with Aligning Stars, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies: Cancellations NO cancellations are permitted. If you have no other choice but to cancel, you will receive 50% of your total booking fee refunded. Rescheduling Rescheduling is allowed only if requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking date and time. Rescheduling less than 24 hours before your session will result in a $50 rescheduling fee. No-Show Policy Failure to show up for your scheduled session without notice will result in a $50 no-show fee. No-shows may also forfeit the session WITHOUT refund. Age Requirement You must be 18 years or older to book a session. Valid identification may be required. Guests No plus ones are allowed. Only the individual(s) listed on the booking are permitted to attend the session. Agreement Booking a session confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Aligning Stars policies.
